By visiting Planet Lockwood or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
18+ Only: Planet Lockwood is an adult entertainment venue. All patrons must be at least 18 years of age and provide valid, government-issued photo identification upon entry.
No Exceptions: We strictly enforce age requirements. Anyone who cannot provide valid identification or is under 18 will be refused entry.

Right to Refuse: Management reserves the right to refuse service or entry to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms, intoxication, inappropriate behavior, or failure to meet dress code requirements.
Cover Charges: Entry fees may apply and are subject to change. Cover charges are non-refundable.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit cards. All sales are final.
No Recording: Photography, video recording, or audio recording is strictly prohibited without written permission from management.
Security Cameras: Our premises are monitored by security cameras for the safety and security of all patrons and staff.
We serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with Montana state laws. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated. Patrons must drink responsibly.
Personal Property: Planet Lockwood is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Assumption of Risk: Patrons assume all risks associated with their visit and activities on the premises.
Safety: We maintain security personnel and safety measures, but patrons are responsible for their own safety and conduct.
Special terms and conditions may apply to private events, bachelor parties, and group bookings. These will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund. Serious violations may result in permanent banning from the establishment.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
These terms are governed by Montana state law and local ordinances. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws in Yellowstone County, Montana.
